Refund, Exchange, and Return Policy

Want to return or exchange your product? or looking for a refund?

If yes, then we’re here to help.

Our exchange and return policy lasts for 3 days. If 3days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must fulfill the below requirements;

  1. Please record a video while opening the package, and share it with us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Do mention your order ID and issue in the email {support@tavispaces.com}.
  2. Item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  3. It must also be in the original packaging, all tags included.
  4. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
  5. A proof of damaged item or missing item is required.

Non-returnable items:

  • Items bought on discount/sale.
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Scented candles

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected;

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved;

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 days.
  • Shipping costs would be deducted from the refund amount.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {support@tavispaces.com}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded/returned/exchanged.

We only replace/return items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at { support@tavispaces.com } and we’ll try to help you as much as possible.

Shipping returns

  • We offer a pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
  • If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Create a return /exchange request under the “My Orders” section of Website/M-site. Email us the issue and proof of damage via email {at support@tavispaces.com}.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk.

Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our address. Please pack the product and ensure the product is unused and unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No. and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet.
